Since my introduction to Yoga in 1998, it's been an integral part of my personal practice. Highlights have included:
- A month in Rishikesh practicing Yoga and studying yogic philosophy and related materials.
- Certification in 2000 as a Kundalini Yoga instructor
- Teaching a drop-in yoga course at Wilson Heights
While I am somewhat on-again off-again in my discipline, I use mantra, pranayama and the sutras of Patanjali regularly.
